"This was a wonderful lightly coconut, creamy, and sweet curry. I loved the green flavor of the peas with the creamy coconut curry and salty shrimp. It smells delicious when you pour the coconut milk in, and is even better as next day leftovers as the flavors have fully combined. This is a new weekly staple."- mrselizabethbrooks

Tfunk11 2 years agoWhat a great dish! It was my first time eating snow peas and now I love them. The dish was easy to make and my kids loved it. It's being added to my favorites.
Hannahc1 3 years agoThis is great even without the fresh Ginger or evaporated milk - I just went with coconut milk only
forestheather 3 years agoIt was alright, but very bland. All my spices were fresh and I used the exact amount. Not spicy at all. Although my family ate it they did ask me not to make it again.
Deepolliwog 3 years agoWhy make a curry with rous? This was horrible! I prefer to have my curry thickened by dehydration. The flavor from the butter/flour did not add to the palate, and when it cooled, it looked like cold gravy. I'm afraid of the leftovers!

PondACB 4 years agoLovely! Mum loved it too as total coconut fan! Though didn't think quantities as stated made it taste coconutty and spicy enough so added more creamed coconut and curry powder. Definately will make again...though sure it isn't so good for the waist line!
ahunter5 4 years agoGreat dish. I'm not an onion fan, so I reduced the amount I put in. I wish I wouldn't have. It would have been perfect as written.
vodka0825 8 years agoA very rich and delectable way to cook shrimp, I couldn't find any coconut milk so I used coconut cream instead which tasted great!
