Original recipe makes 1
1 tbCornstarch
1/3 cChicken broth
1/3 cRed wine vinegar
2 tbFrozen concentrated
2 tbpimiento; Chopped
1 tbSoy sauce
1/4 tsGarlic powder
1/4 tsGround ginger
2 pkEqual

Diabetic Sweet and Sour Sauce Preparation

Combine cornstarch and chicken broth in small saucepan. Stir in all remaining ingredients except Equal. Cook over medium heat , stirring until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in Equal..Serve warm. Makes 1 cup..Calories: 5 per tablespoon.. Diabetic exchanges per serving: up to 4 tablespoons free..
