Seaweed Salad
Original recipe makes 1
| 3 tbMirin |
| 4 Piecesdaikon; peeled |
| 3 tbSoy sauce |
| 1 lbSeaweed; (can use red, light green or dark green), up to 2 |
| 2 tbShiro miso paste |
| 2 tbRice wine vinegar; (up to 3) |
| 2 tbSesame oil |
Seaweed Salad Preparation
In a mixing bowl combine sesame oil, mirin, soy sauce, miso paste and rice wine vinegar and whisk together. Add seaweed and toss until coated. Place in center of plate and place daikon curls around plate. Recipe by: CHEF DU JOUR SHOW #DJ9406 - DEB STANTON
