Original recipe makes 1 Servings
Salt & fresh ground pepper
1 1/2 cHot milk
2 Cloves garlic , minced
1 1/2 tbFlour
1 tsBasil
1 cn(14 oz) of crushed tomatoes
1/4 cParmesan cheese (fresh)
4 tbButter
1 tsNutmeg

Sauce Ros?e - Tomato Cheese Sauce Preparation

Melt 2 tbsp butter and saute garlic. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and basil. Simmer while preparing rest of dish. Melt remaining 2 tbsp of butter and stir in flour. Cook, stirring until thickened.
