| 2 cAll-purpose flour |
| 1/2 tsSalt |
| 1/2 lbBulk pork sausage |
| 3/4 cCornmeal |
| 2 tbSugar |
| 1 Egg beaten |
| 2 tsBaking Powder |
| 1 3/4 cmilk |
Sausage Corn Muffins Preparation
Combine first 5 ingredients. Mix in rest of ingredients. Spoon batter into greased muffin pan, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
