Original recipe makes 1 Servings
1 Apple; Cut Into 1/2" Cubes
1 dsGround cinnamon
1 Stalk Celery; Coarsely
1 cBean Sprouts
2 tbLemon juice
1 cSeedless Grapes
DRESSING
1/2 tsCurry powder
1/3 cPlain yogurt
1 tbHoney
8 ozSpinach; Leaves Torn
1 Pear; Cut Into 1/2" Cubes

Winter Fruit Salad with Curried Yogurt Dressing Preparation

In salad bowl, toss together salad ingredients. In small mixing bowl combine dressing ingredients, mixing well. Spoon over the salad and toss. Garnish with sesame seeds, raw sunflower seeds or chopped walnuts. Serve immediately.
