Original recipe makes 1
1/3 cChili sauce
1 tbHorseradish
salt and pepper; to taste
1 dsKetchup
1 dsTabasco sauce
1 cMayonnaise
2 tbGreen onions; (minced)
1 1/2 tbCreole mustard
1 tsCapers

Remoulade Sauce (The Classic Seafood Dipping Sauce) Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix until a uniform color. Refrigerate. Serve with chilled boiled shrimp. Makes about 11/2 cups.
