Original recipe makes 1
Coriander; finely chopped
Onions; finely chopped
2 tsMixed curry powder
spinach; Tinned
1 tsSalt
Indian cheese; cubed
1 tsGaram masala
2 tsTomato puree
Garlic; and ginger
Vegetable oil; or butter
Fresh tomatoes; cubed

Sag Paneer (Cheese Cooked with Spinach) Preparation

Heat the oil or butter in a pan then add the garlic and ginger and cook until brown. Add the onions and cook until brown. Add the curry powder, garam masala, salt and tomato puree. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring, until all the spices are thoroughly blended. Add the cheese, spinach and tomatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes.
