1 Garlic; crushed
4 slCiabatta bread
2 tbolive oil
100 gDanish salami; sliced (3
50 gBlack olives; chopped (2oz)
2 Ripe plum tomatoes; peeled
Fresh basil; roughly chopped

Salami, Tomato And Basil Bruschetta Preparation

Preheat the grill to a moderate setting. Brush each side of the bread with olive oil and rub with the crushed garlic. Toast the bread on both sides. Spread the crushed tomatoes over each slice, top with the salami slices and olives. Place under the grill for 5 minutes and top with the basil leaves. Serve immediately. NOTES : A quick and tasty traditional Italian snack.
