Original recipe makes 1 servings
3 cPre-cooked pasta; any
1 cMushrooms; sliced
1/2 cChopped artichoke hearts
salt and pepper; to taste
1 tbolive oil
1 Whole Roasted garlic head -;
2 cFresh baby spinach
1/2 cGrated white cheese
1/2 cGarlic Sauce; (see recipe)
1/2 cSliced black olives
1 cSliced tomatoes

Roasted Garlic Pasta Primavera Preparation

Saute garlic in olive oil. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, olives and artichoke hearts. Add Garlic Sauce, pasta, spinach and cheese. Add more sauce, if desired, and salt and pepper to taste.
