Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the oven to 425?. Cut each potato horizontally into 1/2" slices. Then cut each slice into sticks, to resemble big french fries. Combine sweet potatoes and remaining ingredients in a bowl, tossing gently to combine. Place the fries, in a single layer, on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until tender and golden. Toss the fries often to promote even browning. Serves 4.
