1 Yellow bell pepper; chopped
1/4 cSalad oil
2 Zucchini
1 Scallion; chopped
2 Garlic
1/2 cCottage cheese
Paprika to taste
1/2 cSnow peas
1 Whole yellow onion; sliced &
Salt and pepper to taste
Sage to taste
1/2 lbMushrooms; chopped
1 Rip tomato

Refrigerator Clean-Out Veggie Dish Preparation

Add the leaves of chard to heavy skillet with hot oil. Add onion, mushrooms, zucchini, tomato, bell pepper, scallion, snow peas & garlic. Sprinkle with salt, pepper & sage. Simmer until ready to serve. To serve, top with cottage cheese & paprika. Approximately 8 minutes.
