Original recipe makes 18 Servings
1/3 cButter or margarine
1 3/4 cSolid pack pumpkin
2 pkPound cake mix (16oz each)
3/4 cBrown Sugar; packed
4 Eggs
2/3 cWater
2 tsPumpkin pie spice
2 tsBaking soda
STREUSEL TOPPING
PATTI VDRJ67A
3/4 cNuts; chopped
1/2 cFlour

Rich Pumpkin Coffeecake Preparation

Combine pound cake mixes, pie spice and baking soda in a large mixer bowl. Add water, pumpkin and eggs; beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Spread half of batter into greased 9x13" baking pan; sprinkle with half of the streusel. Carefully spread remaining batter; sprinkle with remaining streusel. Bake in preheated 325~ oven for 50-55 minutes or until tested done. STREUSEL TOPPING: Combine brown sugar, nuts and flour in a medium bowl.
