Original recipe makes 1 servings
Black Pepper; freshly ground
1 cWhite vinegar
1 tbSugar
1/2 cSour cream
2 cFinely-grated horseradish
Salt; to taste

Quick Horseradish Sauce Preparation

In a small saucepan combine horseradish, vinegar, sugar and bring to a boil. Simmer until liquid has reduced by half. Cool slightly. In a small bowl whisk sour cream to lighten. Add horseradish mixture, stir until well-combined and season to taste with salt and pepper. This recipe yields about 3/4 cup of sauce.
