Original recipe makes 4
1/2 tsSalt; or more to taste
15 ozbeans (pinto, black etc); Canned
1/2 tsGarlic powder
1/2 tsDried thyme
15 ozHominy; canned (white)
15 ozTomatoes with green chilis
1/2 tsOnion powder
1 cQuinoa
1 tsDried basil
1 tsDried parsley

Quinoa Skillet Dinner Preparation

Rinse quinoa thoroughly (it will taste bitter if you dont) and cook, covered, on low heat for 15 minutes in 2 cups boiling water.
