"Really delicious! I lightly crushed the frozen raspberries in a plastic bag with a rolling pin as too large pieces of soft fruit tend to sink. For preference I substituted lemon zest for 1 tsp vanilla extract. I also didn't have buttermilk so used natural unsweetened yogourt. I highly recommend trying this one. "
