Suggest a better descriptionCombine the potatoes, borth, garlic and bay leaf in a large saucepan and bring toa boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 mintues, or until potaotes are tender. Add chives, then drain potatoes in a strainer. Place potatoes and chives in a serving bowl and season with salt and pepper. Makes 4 servings.
