Original recipe makes 4 Servings
3 cCold cooked rice
2 tbVegetable oil
1/2 tsLight soy sauce
1/4 cGreen onions, chopped
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cCooked shrimp, diced
1/4 cGreen peas, uncooked
1 tbDark soy sauce
1/4 cBarbecued pork or ham,

Yang Chow Fried Rice Preparation

Swirl vegetable oil around bottom and sides of a heated wok. Add onions & eggs, quick-fry, then add peas and shrimp and blend together. Immediately add rice & press gently to sides & bottom to separate kernels. Add pork or ham, salt, & soy sauces. Mix together quickly & serve.
