3 tbRice vinegar
2 cCauliflower; florets
2 tbDijon mustard
2 cBroccoli; florets
3 tbolive oil
3 tbHoney
2 Garlic; minced
1 lbPenne

Penne Primavera with Light Honey Mustard Vinaigrette Preparation

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine honey, Dijon, vinegar, garlic, and oil. Set aside. 2. Cook past according to package instructions. While the pasta is cooking steam vegetables until just tender, about 7 minutes. Add vegetables to vinaigrette, toss well. Drain pasta, add to vegetables, toss well and serve.
