| 1 tsPrepared horseradish |
| 1 cBanana peppers; sliced |

| 1 cPeloponnese roasted sweet |
| 2 tsGrainy Dijon mustard |
Pep-It-Up Pepper Sandwich Preparation
In small bowl, combine sour cream, scallions, mustard, and horseradish; set aside. In large skillet over medium-high heat, lightly brown Spam slices on both sides. Spread 1 tablespoon of sour cream mixture on each of four roll halves. Top with Spam, peppers, and remaining sour cream mixture. Place tops of rolls on sandwiches and serve.
