Original recipe makes 1
1/2 cSugar
3/4 cmilk
1 Egg
1/3 cSour cream
1 3/4 cAll-purpose flour
1 tbbaking powder
1/4 cmargarine
20 Oreo cookies
1/2 tsSalt

Oreo Muffins Preparation

In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; set aside. In small bowl, combine milk, sour cream and egg; stir into flour mixture with margarine until just blended. Gently stir in cookies. Spoon batter in to 12 grease 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups. Bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
