1 tbDiced red onion
1 tsRed wine vinegar
FRESH TOMATO SALSA
2 Boneless chicken breasts; (4
1/2 cJulienne peppers and onions
1 dsChef salt
Seasoned flour
1 tbVegetable oil
1 tsCilantro
1 dsTabasco
1/4 cFresh diced tomato

Pan-Seared Chicken With Pan Grilled Vegetables Preparation

Saute chicken breast 2 minutes each side until 170 degrees. Add vegetables to pan and stir fry until light brown. Place vegetables on plate and put chicken on top. Top with tomato salsa.
