"My family and I loved this meal! They loved the dish and I loved an easy, new way to make pork chops. I made it a little different from the recipe after reading the reviews. Since I cook for a family of five, I made it with 1 1/2 cups of rice and then used 3 cups of chicken broth with a splash of white wine. I also seasoned the pork chops with salt and garlic powder before browning them. Overall great recipe and I will be making it on a regular basis" - Rmaciaswilson1Yield: 4 Servings Ready in 45 minutes
