Suggest a better description: Pour evaporated milk into a shallow pan and place in freezer. Put gelatin, water and sugar in top of double boiler and let stand 5 minutes. Then put over boiling water and stir until sugar and gelatin dissolve. Remove from stove. Add frozen juice, lemon juice and water, and chill until it starts to jell. Beat the jelly until light and fluffy. Beat the frozen evaporated milk until stiff. Fold the orange jelly into the whipped milk. Pour into mold, bowl or individual dishes, and chill. Garnish with orange sections if desired. SOURCE: Washington State Dept. of Health brochure TYPOS: Kathryn L. Cone Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V4 #10 by muddy@ibm.net on Mar 15, 1999
