1/2 cSalted butter; softened
1/2 cShredded sweetened coconut
1/3 cMiniature semisweet
1/2 cLight corn syrup
2 tsVanilla extract
1 cFaw macadamia nuts; chopped
1 cAll-purpose flour
1/2 cDark brown sugar; firmly

Mrs Fields Macadamia Nut Coconut Crisps Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F. Whisk together flour, nuts and coconut in a medium bowl. Set aside. Heat butter, corn syrup and brown sugar in a 2 qt. saucepan until boiling , stirring occasionally. Remove saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla. Add flour mixture and chocolate chips, and mix until all ingredients are equally distributed. Drop by half teaspoonfuls onto well-greased cookie sheets, 2 inches apart. Bake 8-10 minutes or until mixture spreads and bubbles. Cook cookies for 1 minute on pan, then immediately transfer to a cool, flat surface with a metal spatula. Cookies will remain soft until completely cooled.
