; enoki, shitake
200 gWild mushrooms; including
1 Chicken stock cube
1 tbSoy sauce
1 tbChopped parsley

Mushroom Broth Preparation

1 Prepare mushrooms, wiping them clean and saving any stalks. Place 500ml water in a saucepan, and bring to the boil. 2 Crumble in the stock cube, and add the mushrooms, reserving the enoki till the end. Simmer for 15 minutes, and add the soy sauce. Stir in the parsley before serving. Per serving: 5 Calories (kcal); trace Total Fat; (3% calories from fat); 1g Protein; 1g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 515mg Sodium Food Exchanges: 0 Grain(Starch); 0 Lean Meat; 0 Vegetable; 0 Fruit; 0 Fat; 0 Other Carbohydrates Converted by MM_Buster v2.0n.
