3 tbSoy sauce
2 Stalks spring onion
1 lgBowl boiled rice
1 Chilli
2 tbVegetable oil
1 Clove garlic; up to 2

Nasi Ayam (Chicken Fried Rice) Preparation

Slice the chicken into bite sized pieces. Chop the garlic, pound the chilli, slice the spring onions and cut into cubes. Heat the oil, add the garlic and the chicken.
