Mint And Onion Chutney
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 1 servings
| 2 tbSunflower or soya oil |
| 1 Green chilli; chopped |
| 15 gFresh mint leaves |
| 1 1/2 tbLime juice |
| 225 gOnions; chopped |
| 1/2 tsSugar |
| 1/2 tsSalt |
Mint And Onion Chutney Preparation
Heat the oil over a medium heat and fry the onions until they are soft, but not brown (5 minutes). Allow to cool. Puree the onions with the remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor.
