| 1/2 cAll-purpose flour | |
| 1/3 cMolasses | |
| 1/4 cRaisins | |
| 1 cButtermilk; Low-Fat | |
| 1/4 tsSalt | |
| 1 tsBaking soda | |
| Vegetable cooking spray | |
| 1/2 cWhole-wheat flour |
Molasses-Raisin Brown Bread Preparation
Combine first 7 ingredients; beat at low speed of a mixer for 30 seconds. Beat at medium speed until blended. Stir in raisins. Pour half of batter into a 2 cup glass measuring cup coated with cooking spray. Cover with wax paper and microwave at Medium (50% power) 5 to 7 minutes or until edge is no longer doughy, rotating a half-turn after 3 minutes. let stand 5 minutes. turn loaf out onto a wire rack.
