Original recipe makes 1 servings
3 tbParsley; minced
3 tbWorcestershire Sauce
1 lbLean ground chuck
1 cBreadcrumbs
2 tsDijon mustard
2 tbTamari sauce
1 tsGarlic salt
1 cnTomato sauce; (8 ounce)
1/2 cParmesan cheese
1/2 lbGround pork
2 lgEggs; beaten
Salt & black pepper
1/2 Onion; chopped

Moms Classic Meatloaf Preparation

In large bowl mix together beef, pork, tomato sauce, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, Worcestershire, tamari, mustard, salt & pepper & garlic salt. Using your hands, blend until well mixed. Lightly pack mixture into a glass loaf pan. Sprinkle 1/4 cup parmesan over top. In microwave, cook uncovered 5 minutes on high. Rotate dish 1/2 turn. Cook another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan. Rotate another 1/2 turn & cook 5 minutes. Remove from microwave. Cover with foil & let meat loaf stand 10 minutes before serving. Approximately 12-15 minutes. Per serving (excluding unknown items): 1136 Calories; 69g Fat (55% calories from fat); 91g Protein; 37g Carbohydrate; 611mg Cholesterol; 5124 mg Sodium By Patty on Nov 9, 1998.
