4 lgCarrots; peeled, sliced
2 lgSweet potatoes; peeled,
Salt; to taste
1/4 cWhipping cream
2 Garlic; peeled
Black Pepper; freshly ground
2 tbButter

Mashed Sweet Potatoes And Carrots Preparation

Cook potatoes, carrots and garlic in large pot of boiling salted water until very tender. Drain; return to same pot. Mash with potato masher. Add cream and butter and mash until smooth and creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper. This recipe yields 6 servings.
