Original recipe makes 4 servings
2 tsSchwartz Ground Cumin
Salt
2 tsSchwartz Onion Pepper
1 lgOnion - sliced
1 lbMinced beef; (450g)
1 tbTomato puree
2 tbCooking oil
1 tbSoy sauce
1 14 ounces ti chopped
2 tsSchwartz Ground Coriander
1 tsSchwartz Oregano
1 tbMango chutney

Meat Balls with Spicy Tomato Sauce Preparation

Mix the minced beef with the Onion Pepper, Oregano, salt and pepper and form into 24 small balls. Chill until required. Heat the oil and fry the meat balls until browned. Set aside. Fry the onion and stir in the tomatoes, tomato puree, Coriander, Cumin, mango chutney, soy sauce and salt and Pepper. Return the meat balls to the pan and simmer, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes.
