Melty Cheese (Mock Cheese Sauce)

| 2 tbCornstarch |
| 1/4 tsGarlic powder |
| 2 cWater |
| 1/2 tbSea salt |
| 1/4 cNutritional yeast |
| 1/2 tbFresh Lemon Juice |
| 1/4 cTomatoes |
| 1/4 cRaw almonds |
Melty Cheese (Mock Cheese Sauce) Preparation
Blend all ingred. in blender till very smooth. Pour in 2 quart saucepan and cook on med. heat until thick, wisking constantly. Use as a cheese sauce for macaroni or on vegies or whatever you like.
