Very Good. I added a can of pinto beans to the rice and used an onion, cause my husband doesn't care for green pepper.

Amazing!!!!! Changed it up a bit by adding black beans to yellow rice. Also did more spices to pork chops, during the browning process. And finally replaced the green peppers with a can of diced green chilies. You will love it!!!!

My family loved it but I did play doctor. When I browned the pork I sprinkled Kickin Chicken seasoning, chili powder, and onion powder over the chops. I used Knorr Spanish rice, 2 C water, and salsa instead of tomato sauce. I cooked for 45 min and it was great! Thx!!

It's good but it's nothing worth making on a regular basis. Omitted the cheese.

I made this tonight but used thin sliced chicken breasts, fat free cheddar cheese and added a dash of cumin and a bit of cayenne pepper, baked for 45 minuted and it was delish!!

This dish was so delicious, I used Knorr Chicken Bouillon granules instead of the taco seasoning. I would recommend this recipe to everyone

Just finished dinner. This is really tasty. Has an enchilada taste but way easier to prepare. I followed the recipe but added chopped cilantro to give a little color. My husband gave me a high five at the table...and thats a surprise since he hates pork chops in the oven.

We really liked this and definitely will be making it again...I have to leave the bell pepper off husbands but it was a super easy and delicious meal.

This was a huge hit! My husband and I loved it! It looks great, smells great, and is a nice change to spice up boring pork chops. My one and a half year old triplets devoured half the meal by themselves so I believe they loved it as well!! This will definately be on the menu again and I can't wait to pass the recipe to everyone I know!! Thanks!!

We loved this recipe. I have a newborn so shopping for ingredients and cooking time are at a premium. It was easy to prepare and tasty.

My five year old and picky husband both happily gobbled this up. I didn't rice, so I used quinoa instead, and tomato basil pasta sauce instead of straight tomato sauce.

I'll definitely be making this again. :)
