ahorn , 2 years agoWe love this recipe! We used chicken breasts instead of pork chops. We also used a tex mex blend of pre-shredded cheese. Super easy and so tasty.
Aidanmol , 2 years agoVery good and easy to make family loved it
CGerm08 , 2 years agoI also changed it just a bit. I used broth instead of water and made it a soup. It was quite tasty. I also added black beans.
Tinn1966 , 2 years agoVery Good. I added a can of pinto beans to the rice and used an onion, cause my husband doesn't care for green pepper.
mdough_24 , 2 years agoAmazing!!!!! Changed it up a bit by adding black beans to yellow rice. Also did more spices to pork chops, during the browning process. And finally replaced the green peppers with a can of diced green chilies. You will love it!!!!
littlemissriya , 2 years agopretty good recipe. turned out well.

Lbarbee5125 , 2 years agoChange the green pepper for with one 4 oz can of diced green chilies. Awesome
MamaHyde75 , 2 years agoMy family loved it but I did play doctor. When I browned the pork I sprinkled Kickin Chicken seasoning, chili powder, and onion powder over the chops. I used Knorr Spanish rice, 2 C water, and salsa instead of tomato sauce. I cooked for 45 min and it was great! Thx!!
codacrawford , 2 years agoLoved it I think next time I will add salsa and sour cream!
celeookie , 2 years agoIt's good but it's nothing worth making on a regular basis. Omitted the cheese.
lbeth211 , 2 years agoI made this tonight but used thin sliced chicken breasts, fat free cheddar cheese and added a dash of cumin and a bit of cayenne pepper, baked for 45 minuted and it was delish!!

Mgarcia81 , 2 years agoThis dish was so delicious, I used Knorr Chicken Bouillon granules instead of the taco seasoning. I would recommend this recipe to everyone
Lola267 , 2 years agoJust finished dinner. This is really tasty. Has an enchilada taste but way easier to prepare. I followed the recipe but added chopped cilantro to give a little color. My husband gave me a high five at the table...and thats a surprise since he hates pork chops in the oven.
californiaowls , 2 years agoWe really liked this and definitely will be making it again...I have to leave the bell pepper off husbands but it was a super easy and delicious meal.
Dash16 , 3 years agoDelicious! Super easy to make
tripletmama , 3 years agoThis was a huge hit! My husband and I loved it! It looks great, smells great, and is a nice change to spice up boring pork chops. My one and a half year old triplets devoured half the meal by themselves so I believe they loved it as well!! This will definately be on the menu again and I can't wait to pass the recipe to everyone I know!! Thanks!!
