Mexican Succotash Preparation
In 1qt micro safe casserole crumble beef; add onion. Micro 3min on high or til no longer pink; drain. Stir in chili powder, garlic, pepper, corn & tomato sauce. Micro 5min on high; stir. Sprinkle w/ chips; top w/ cheese. Micro 2min on high or til cheese melts. 2 servings. Posted in KitMail by TrinaMaria@aol.com.
