Original recipe makes 2 servings
2 ozShredded cheddar
1 dsRed or black pepper
1 cnTomato sauce; (8 oz)
1/2 lbGround beef
1/2 tsChili powder; (1/2 to 1)
1/4 cOnions; chopped
1/8 tsGarlic powder
1 cCorn chips; slightly crushed
1 cnCorn; (7 oz) drained

Mexican Succotash Preparation

In 1qt micro safe casserole crumble beef; add onion. Micro 3min on high or til no longer pink; drain. Stir in chili powder, garlic, pepper, corn & tomato sauce. Micro 5min on high; stir. Sprinkle w/ chips; top w/ cheese. Micro 2min on high or til cheese melts. 2 servings. Posted in KitMail by TrinaMaria@aol.com.
