Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly. Force the mixture on to kebab sticks so that it is wrapped around the centre section of each stick like a large sausage. Arrange the sticks across the top of a baking tray so that the kebabs are suspended and the fat can run out below into the baking tray. Put in a hot oven at 190?C/375F/gas mark 5 for about 20 minutes or until cooked through and crisp on the outside. Serve hot.

billmc44 1 year agoThis recipe is basically a good idea. However, the meat mixture was too loose to stay on the skewers, so it cooked in the pan along with the fat, and came out in really weird shapes. Next time I'll just roll the meat into sausage shapes and bake them on the broiler pan. I added chopped fresh basil for additional flavor.
