"This was a quick and simple dish to make but needs care not to over cook or Marlin will be tough. The dressing was great. Next time I make this I might add fresh ginger to the dressing for a little added zing. I would also hold back on the anount of water in the dressing. The dressing can be warmed without boiling water."

Serve the marlin steaks with the warm dressing drizzled over. Serve immediately. NOTES : A quick and easily prepared dish with a warm herby dressing.Ideal served with new potatoes and salad.
