Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the grill to a moderate heat. Cook the floret mix in boiling water for 4-5 minutes, drain reserving approximately 50-75ml (2-3fl oz) of the cooking liquid. Add the mascarpone cheese and mustard, allow the cheese to soften, this will take approximately 3-4 minutes. Then add in the bacon and continue to cook for another 2 minutes. Transfer into an oveproof dish and sprinkle over the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. Grill for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown in colour. Serve immediately. NOTES : A creamy cheese floret base with bacon, mustard and crispy cheese topping.
