Original recipe makes 4
3 Garlic; minced
1 cGreen beans; julienned, blanched
4 tbDijon-style mustard
16 ozRotini, uncooked
1 tsDried dill weed
6 tbRice wine vinegar
2/3 cRed onion; pared, thinly sliced
3 tbOlive oil; or vegetable oil
2 tbsoy sauce, low-sodium
6 sprigsFresh parsley
1 cred bell pepper; Chopped
12 ozFresh tuna steak; cooked
Zest of 3 limes

Light Pasta Salad with Fresh Tuna Steak Preparation

Break tuna into small bite-size pieces; reserve. Cook pasta; drain and rinse with cold water. Combine all dressing ingredients; mix well. Toss together pasta, peppers, beans, onions, tuna and dressing. If possible, refrigerate salad overnight to allow flavors to blend. Serve cold. Each serving provides: 685 Calories; 40.9 g Protein; 88.1 g Carbohydrates; 18.9 g Fat; 41.7 mg Cholesterol; 780 mg Sodium.
