3 Garlic; minced
1 c Green beans; julienned, blanched
4 tb Dijon-style mustard
16 oz Rotini, uncooked
1 ts Dried dill weed
6 tb Rice wine vinegar
2/3 c Red onion; pared, thinly sliced
3 tb Olive oil; or vegetable oil
2 tb soy sauce, low-sodium
6 sprigs Fresh parsley
1 c red bell pepper; Chopped
12 oz Fresh tuna steak; cooked
Zest of 3 limes

Break tuna into small bite-size pieces; reserve. Cook pasta; drain and rinse with cold water. Combine all dressing ingredients; mix well. Toss together pasta, peppers, beans, onions, tuna and dressing. If possible, refrigerate salad overnight to allow flavors to blend. Serve cold.
