Lobster and Haricot Vert
Original recipe makes 1
| 2 tsGarlic; minced |
| 1/2 lblobster meat; Cooked, diced |
| Salt; to taste |
| Black Pepper; freshly ground |
| Parsley |
| 1 tbolive oil |
| 1/2 lbHaricot vert; blanched |
| 2 tbShallots; minced |
Lobster and Haricot Vert Preparation
In a saute pan, heat the olive oil. Add the haricot vert. Saute for 1 minute. Add the shallots, garlic, lobster meat and parsley. Saute for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat. This recipe yields ?? relish.
