"not to easy to rap... i used 3+lbs of meet on six eggs..it says half that for a dozen eggs....
That being said no bread crumbs around so i blended up crackers and worked good... I used "hot" pork for an xtra kick... turned out real good... Thanks for sharing.. IR"

1 1/2 lb Bulk pork sausage
12 Eggs; hard-cooked, peeled
1 Egg; beaten
1/2 c Dry bread crumbs

Original recipe makes 12 Servings

Preparation

Heat oven to 450 degrees.Divide sausage into 12 equal portions. Shape into patties.Wrap each patty completely around 1 hard- cooked egg.Press edges to seal.Dip sausage wrapped eggs in beaten egg;roll in bread crumbs until coated.Place in ungreased 15 x 10" jelly roll pan.Bake @ 450 degrees 30 minutes,until meat is browned and cooked.

Different...in a good way. Needs some sort of sauce though. Maybe make again.

I made these for a football party and they were a big hit. Everyone wanted the recipe. I used half regular and half hot sausage as well as Panko bread crumbs.
