1 ts Baking Powder
2 tb Lemon juice
1 c Sugar
1/4 c Sugar
1/3 c Butter or Margarine; Melted
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Nuts; chopped
3 tb Lemon juice
1/2 c milk
1 c Blueberries; fresh or frozen
2 Eggs
2 tb Lemon Peel; grated
1 1/2 c Flour

Original recipe makes 1



In a mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar, juice and eggs. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir into egg mixture alternately with milk. Fold in peel, nuts and blueberries. Pour into a greased 8 x 4 x 2 loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 60 to 70 minutes or until bread tests done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine glaze ingredients. The recipe is great, once you figure it out. It isn't written in the traditional format, so when it calls for an ingredient, you to search for it and guess which one it is.
