Original recipe makes 4 servings
1/2 Lemon; juice of
1/4 cCrumbled feta cheese
1/4 cBlack olives
1/2 cFresh dill; chopped
1 tbCapers; drained
12 ozRotini pasta
4 Scallions; sliced
2 tsolive oil
4 ozMushrooms; thinly sliced
Black pepper
1/2 Red bell pepper; diced

Lemon Dill Rotini Preparation

1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook rotini according to package instructions; drain well. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together oil and lemon juice. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
