Original recipe makes 1 servings
1/4 cSeasoned salt
1/4 cGarlic salt
2 tbChili seasoning
2 tbBlack pepper
1/3 cPaprika
2 tbOnion salt
2 tbBarbecue seasoning
1/2 tsCayenne pepper
1/3 cCane sugar
1/4 cCelery salt
1 tbLemon pepper
2 tsGround ginger
1/2 tsAllspice
1/2 tsThyme

Kansas City Rib Rub Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Rub the ingredients liberally over the ribs. Let the ribs stand at room temperature for up to 15 minutes.
