1/2 cMayonnaise; or salad dressing
4 ozCheddar cheese; shredded
6 ozTuna in oil; drained
6 Sandwich buns; split
3 tbgreen pepper; chopped, Pickle, ripe olives and onion
3 egg; Hard-boiled, chopped

Hot Tuna Sandwiches Preparation

Combine tuna, cheese, eggs, green pepper, pick, olives, onion and mayonnaise; spread about 1/3 cup onto each bun.     I added a dash of black pepper and a dash of garlic and toasted mine. Very tasty and filling.

    I used 12-grain bread to give it a bit more 'stick-to-the-ribs' wholesome texture. A small dab of sweet pickle relish tops the sandwich for visual and taste appeal.
