Original recipe makes 4 servings
1/2 cYogurt
Shredded carrots
1 tbMinced green onion
1/2 cMayonnaise
4 Iceberg lettuce wedges
1/4 cMinced pimiento-stuffed
1 Hard-boiled egg; finely
1/4 cChili sauce

Iceberg Lettuce with Thousand Island Dressing Preparation

In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients well, cover and chill. Serve the dressing over the lettuce topped with shredded carrots. This recipe yields 4 servings.
