Original recipe makes 1
Cayenne pepper; (HOT)
1 1/2 tsMild curry blend; or to taste
1 tsFresh ground cumin
2 tbyellow mustard; Prepared
1 12-oz canWhite tuna; StarKist Solid or packed in spring water
1/4 cSweet pickle relish; or gherkins
2/3 cLow fat mayonnaise; or fat free yogurt
1 tsMild chili powder
4 egg whites; Boiled, (chopped)

Indian Tuna Preparation

Mix together ingredients to combine well. Add Cayenne to taste, if desired. Cover and refrigerate for an hour or two to let flavors combine. Makes about 3 cups. Serve in a pita with assorted sprouts. May be stuffed in a cooked baked potato, or cooked as a casserole with cheese sprinkled on top.
