|Cayenne pepper; (HOT)|
|1 1/2 tsMild curry blend; or to taste|
|1 tsFresh ground cumin|
|2 tbyellow mustard; Prepared|
|1 12-oz canWhite tuna; StarKist Solid or packed in spring water|
|1/4 cSweet pickle relish; or gherkins|
|2/3 cLow fat mayonnaise; or fat free yogurt|
|1 tsMild chili powder|
|4 egg whites; Boiled, (chopped)|
Indian Tuna Preparation
Mix together ingredients to combine well. Add Cayenne to taste, if desired. Cover and refrigerate for an hour or two to let flavors combine. Makes about 3 cups. Serve in a pita with assorted sprouts. May be stuffed in a cooked baked potato, or cooked as a casserole with cheese sprinkled on top.
