2 tbSweet soy sauce*
1/2 tsSalt
1 lbBeef tenderloin
3 tbHot vegetable oil
1/2 cMolasses
2 tbSweet soy sauce*
1/2 tsCoriander

2 Chicken breasts
MARINADE
2 tbHot vegetable oil
1 tsLemon juice
1/2 tsLemon juice

Indonesian Chicken Satay Preparation

Mix together marinate and pour over bite-size pieces of meat. Let marinate for two hours. Thread bite-size portions of meat on bamboo sticks (do not use metal). Charcoal until well done but not dry. Baste as necessary. Mix only; no cooking.
