Suggest a better descriptionBring broth to simmer over medium heat. Add celery, lima and white beans to broth. In saute pan heat oil and cook onion 3 minutes until soft. Stir in basil. Add onion mixture to bean mixture. Stir in tomatoes. Simmer 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. In food processor, puree soup until coarse. Stir in cheese. Serve hot.
